RECEIPT SUBMISSIONS
Q: What is the deadline for submitting the receipts?
A: All submissions must be submitted or postmarked by May 4, 2025 11:59 p.m. EST.
Q: How do I upload my Costco Warehouse or Business Centre Receipt?
1) Make sure your receipt is clear and legible. Place it on a flat surface with good lighting.
2) Hold your phone parallel to the receipt and line it up inside the frame.
3) Make sure you circle the Membership #, time and date of transaction and the qualifying products. If you still have questions, CLICK HERE to watch an instructional video.
4) Take a picture. Review your picture to ensure it is clear before you upload.
5) Select image and click the upload button. If your qualifying purchase is on multiple receipts, repeat the process with each receipt.
6) Only submit JPG, or PNG files up to 5MB each.
Q: How do I upload my Costco.ca or Same Day Delivery Receipts?
1) For your Costco.ca purchases, enter the Order Number from your ‘shipping confirmation’ email.
2) For your Same-day Delivery purchases select the number of participating products on your receipt and click the CONFIRM button for instruction on how to forward the ‘your Costco Same-Day order delivery receipt’.
For your submission to be properly processed, please:
a) Forward only the Costco order receipt emails – no PDFs or attachments of these emails will be accepted.
b) Forward from the same email address that you used to register for your account on getpgoffer.ca.
c) Do not change the subject line or make any other revisions or additions.

RECEIVING MY COSTCO SHOP CARD
Q: When will I receive my Digital Costco Shop Card?
A: The Digital Costco Shop Card will be sent from communications@digitalshopcard.costco.ca to the email address entered at registration or provided in the mail-in submission form. Digital Costco Shop Card(s) may take up to 14 business days after either the $100 or the $200 spend limit receipt(s) are submitted and approved. If you have not received the email, please check your junk folder.
